Meats:
• Boerewors – Traditional South African sausage, grilled to perfection
• Chicken Skewers – Marinated in lemon & herb or peri-peri sauce
• Lamb Chops – Spiced with rosemary, garlic & olive oil
• Pork Ribs – Slow-grilled & basted with Bourbon BBQ
• Beef Steaks – Flame-grilled with dry rub
Sides:
• Potato Salad – Creamy, with egg, herbs & a hint of mustard
• Coleslaw – Crisp cabbage & carrot in a tangy dressing
• Braai Broodjies – Cheese & tomato toasties
• Chuckalaka – Salsa
