Yang to Yin: A Morning of Movement, Stillness & Connection
You’re warmly invited to a nourishing morning to bring your body and mind back into balance.
Saturday 16th August | 9–11am
We’ll begin with a more energising, flow-style yoga to awaken and move energy through the body, before softening into grounding breathwork, restorative yin shapes, and sound healing.
This practice is a blend of yin and yang — masculine and feminine — coming together to create harmony, presence, and deep nervous system support.
We’ll close with light drinks + nibbles and space to connect with beautiful, like-minded souls.
