10:15am – Gentle Yoga
11am to 11:15am – Talk “Self Love” with Tammy McCann
11:15am to 11:45am – Mat Pilates
11:45am to 12pm – Melt Method Roller
12pm to 1pm – Lunch
1pm to 1:45pm – Yin Yoga
1:45pm to 2pm – Meditation
