DESCRIPTION:Wades Walk\, Pilates and Coffee – 18th APRIL\nStart your Saturday with a gentle escape into calm surroundings with a walk in Wades Walk – a soothing estuary landscape complete with native birdsong followed by a light Pilates flow and relaxation in the park amongst the autumnal beauty in Whitford Green.  An option to finish with barista made coffee is available.  \nRochelle Fleming is the owner and lead instructor at Corestrength\, with studios in both Whitford and Howick. With over 20 years of Pilates practice and 13 years of teaching experience\, we are delighted to have Rochelle host Wades Walk & Pilates in the Park as a part of our East Auckland Tourism WalkFest.  \n\n\n\n\nTime & Date: 9 am\, Saturday 18 April \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuration: Approx. 2 hours including 45 minutes Pilates & coffee to finish \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDistance: ~Approx 4kms  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStart Point: Walk up Whitford Wharf Rd and turn right at the intersection at the red sign showing Lime Tree Cafe etc\, about 100 metres  up Whitford Rd you will find the entrance to Tūranga Reserve\, Wades Walkway.
